Ordered a Bella Mozzarella foot long on Monday, and drove 20 minutes to pick it up (the subway near my house in Providence... Commons has closed). The store was completely empty - one person behind the counter, and one worker sitting at a corner tableeating her dinner. The pickup rack had one bag on it with my name on it. As I picked up the bag, the lady behind the counterasked if I had an online order. I nodded and said ?thank you? and she said ?you are welcome? as I left. Come home to discover amessy sandwich missing the main ingredient - mozzarella. Called and was told ?the truck did not give us any today?. Ok, whydidn?t you say something when I picked up the sandwich? Her answer ?you can always add your own cheese?. When I pointed outthat I could also make my own sandwich, she hung up on me, and refused to pick up when I called again. To make matters worse, Iwrote to Subway, and other than an automated reply, I have heard absolutely nothing. No thanks, Subway. I will order mysandwich from the deli counter at Harris Teeter or Publix from now on. Read more
I usually go here for lunch. I like the vibes, the stuffs' attitude. They are friendly and clean. Max is so sweet, sometimes... after I finish my sandwich I think she's busy can't see me, but when I'am about to leave she always says "Have a good day seeyou" :). Read more
This place must be under new management. The last two times I went to get dinner they were closed (at 6:30pm). I drove by... there this last time and they were open so I thought I would give them one last shot. Boy am I glad that I did! Not only werethey friendly but they also made the best looking and tasting sub I think I have ever had. Not a single part of he sub wasfalling out of the sides?who knew that was even possible. Absolutely one of the worst sandwiches I've ever attempted to eat. After 3 bites, it went into the trash. The bread was doughy &... not completely cooked. The steak was absolutely uneatable. Gross is the nicest thing I could say about it. The tomatoes were atleast a few days after they should have been thrown out. Even the mustard had no taste. 1 star because the guy working wasabsolutely amazing. Greeting with a smile. Happy, nice, & professional which is a true rarity in this town for food servicestaff. Tan, the employee who restocked the meats and veggies was very friendly and took pride in her work. I have never seen a Subway?s... trays so stocked, fresh and clean. It?s hard to find good customer service anymore and people who do their jobs right. I reallyappreciated Tan for putting effort into her job, being welcoming and making sure the customer had everything they needed with agood attitude! Read more
We have eaten here before and it?s been great but this time really disappointed me. The cookies were raw and the bread... undercooked also raw as well. The salt and pepper were dumped on without care and my partners sub is swimming in mayonnaise.Everything tossed together in a messy way. This is my last time at this subway. Gross!! Read more
Came here on a Saturday evening with my kids. There were about 5 people in front of us. I noticed there was only one employee... working the restaurant by herself. Tan prepared everyone?s sandwiches in such a quick, clean and very collected manner. She wasvery polite, friendly and very professional during what I would consider stressful time to be running a restaurant alone. Ithought I would be in line for over 10 minutes but was so amazed with her performance. Tam definitely deserves a raise or to bepromoted. Well done Tam ???? Read more
I will not be returning to this location. My debit card was charged twice. I showed the manager my bank statement where it... clearly shows that 2 transactions cleared for 1 visit; however, the manager nor the owner would take action to resolve theissue. The owner didn't even bother to call me. They said that it's just not possible that I was charged twice, although Ishowed proof. USE CASH if you choose to go to the Galleria Subway location. Read more
