Ordered a 6 inch sub ?cold? and my daughter ordered a kids meal ?toasted? ? He put mine in the toaster, when I told him I didn?t... want mine toasted? He got extremely angry, crumpled my sandwich up and argued with my husband about me saying I wanted ittoasted. He refused to remake it? Never left a review over food in my life but this man needs to find a job outside of customerservice. Read more
A friend and I met up for lunch here. There were 2 workers, a male and a female. My friend had already started ordering when I... walked in. I distracted her so she turned her head for a second. I heard her ask the guy if the cheese he put on her sub waspepper jack or American. She said I wanted pepper jack. He said, "yes it pepper jack." When we got to the table we looked at itand it looked like American cheese. I took the sandwich back to the counter and asked if he could please remake the sandwichbecause it had the wrong cheese on it. He said, "no I make this sandwich myself. I no make mistake" I asked again and again hetold me no. I said do I need to call above your head. He said, "yes". When I asked for the owners number, I was floored when hesaid he was the owner. After I said that I wanted the corporate number he changed his mind and said he would make the sandwich.Literally the entire time he was remaking the sandwich he was running his mouth. Said, "I work hard for my money" Ummm excuse medo you not think the people that spend money there don't work hard for their money as well?! I mean I know I do! This was theWORST Subway I have EVER been to. Both my friend and I have worked at a Subway so we know how it is, but at the same time if youare going to be rude to your customers they are going to get rude back to you! Very weird here. Every time I come here they act like they are scared to place a decent portion of food. Girl behind the counter... added 5 pieces of chicken then took off 3 and then kept making faces. If you have to limit the food that much maybe you shouldgo out of business. Read more
This is a strange Subway. The food is good and service is quick, for the most part. But the people behind the counter always... come across as not wanting to be there and not too interested in giving the customer a good experience. I've actually gone to aSubway further away because I just didn't want to deal with the people here. My last trip I waited about 5 minutes for the youngwoman to get off the store phone to take my order. Maybe she was talking to her boss, she sure wasn't interested in my order orin greeting me either. It's small things like this that drives business away. Whenever I'm in the mood for a sub, I have to askmyself, "do I want to deal with these people today?" So, this Subway doesn't rate very high in my book. I had the new supreme garlic meatball here today, and the girl VERY poorly prepared it. First she didn?t spread out the garlic... spread across the bread at all, then she didn?t cook it, she just splunked down the spread, mushed it a little, sprinkled on thecheese, and then immediately dropped the meatballs on top... the store needs to train the people who make the new sandwiches howto do it. The spread and cheese is supposed to be toasted, BEFORE the meat is put on... ugh, what a soggy mess of a sub. Read more
