Placed an online order. I walked in and the short Mexican lady said I?m sorry what was the name? I said my name twice she popped... an attitude with rolling eyes so I said nice and loud and spelled out my name? then she went and give me my order she first gaveme a cup for a fountain drink I told her no I got a bottled coke from the fridge? then I said did you put the 2 cookies in thereand she said there was no cookies on the piece of paper? then she gave an excuse ?oh it?s just me? no that?s not an excusebecause you can?t read? on top of all that she didn?t even toast my sub like it said on the order? I ordered thru doordash & got a call that there was an emergency and my order could not be delivered. They refunded me my money... and when I tried to place the same exact order, the man working here called and told me he had already given out a sandwich andwouldn?t give another one, even though I NEVER RECEIVED MY F?N ORDER. After yelling at me on the phone, he then hangs up andmakes the sandwich but refused to give my dasher the drink or the chips that I paid for. This location is fantastic for a great bite and is near the heart of downtown, also they Doordash your food if you like that..
I used the subway app to make an order for pickup on the app it says that my order will be available for pickup in 15 min so at... 2:15 the app says my order is ready to be picked up so I go to pick up my order. I get there then the employee didn?t have myorder when I have two separate confirmations that one I paid for the order and two that it was supposed to be picked up at thatspecific location. I showed her my back account showing that I paid for the order to that location and and on the app that thereis an order for pickup at that specific location and she refused to make my sandwich and give me my two cookies And she refusedto give me a refund. Staff is too rude specially that old lady (i will update her name here ) was too rude and in so much hurry , I don?t if she... putting something from her pocket or what. I order a veggie sub and she is literally counted while putting veggies spinach 3leaves onion 2-3 pieces etc , when you charge me full 8.39 dollar then what is wrong with you I didn?t ask for anything extrabut at least you should add the regular stuff. So disappointed it like she have to catch the flight or train. I would suggestsubway owner or manager please do not keep this kind of people at store who will make your image down. She not even change thegloves after previous order , when they have clear instructions they need to change the gloves after each order. She even cutthe bread in wrong direction, over all she doesn?t know what is the service & attitude is too high. Read more
Worst subway I have ever been to. They screwed up the sauce and re-used the bread and part of the veggies that had the incorrect... sauce to start with. When they replaced the over roasted chicken, they tried to not roast it until I asked for it, and eventried to toast the bread for the second time until I had to tell them to not do it since it will burn the bread. And the ladywho was doing all this looked at me as if I did something wrong! I have been here many times over the years since this is oneof the few quick bite restaurants near to my work. The staff who work here always show attitude and lack customer service. Ialso have to agree with many other reviewers who have said that they are very stingy in offering basic veggies. I am sure theplace is still open and gets business only because of the offices nearby. Else, they would have closed LONG ago. It?s a pitythat such restaurants are able to survive. Read more
