Terrible experience. They completely left off meat and cheese from my order. When I got home I called them and the employees... there were entirely helpless and had no idea how to do anything or handle the situation. I have to drive in tomorrow when themanager is in to even hopefully get refunded. Read more
I recently visited this store at the request of my three granddaughters who were visiting from out of town. They were eager to... order their own meals as a sign of their independence! The waiter behind the counter was very friendly, patient andaccommodating to the girls. I paid and left a generous tip because he had been so patient with them. The girls wanted drinks,but since we were very close to home, I told them we would get drinks and chips there instead since I had stocked up on snacksfor their visit. The waiter evidently heard our conversation and offered the girls complimentary drinks in their smallest watercups. Well, the manager/owner blew a gasket and asked if we were going to pay for the drinks and that they weren?t free. Iexplained that her waiter had kindly offered the complimentary drinks. The waiter came over and explained the same. That stillwasn?t good enough for her. She went on and on about the deducting the drinks from his paycheck and the cost of the cups. Icouldn?t believe she would pitch a fit like that over 3 small drinks. Her lack of discretion, customer service and empathy forthree little girls? feelings to say the least about standing strong & firm behind a decision her own wait staff had made out ofkindness was simply appalling and certainly did not go unnoticed by my granddaughters who discussed it at length after our visitto this location!! I and the waiter ended up paying her for the drinks. However, in retrospect, I should have have the girlsto bring them to the counter, set them before her and just leave Never again! They always turn people away! If you close at 8pm why are you shutting down at 730pm? I've seen them turn away people multiple... times. It doesn't make any sense. It's not time consuming to make some sandwiches. Read more
Did not have any tomatoes... Lettuce was brown.... Cashier's were joking/talking & carrying conversations like they werent at... work... Very annoying & unprofessional Read more
Very disappointed that this location doesn't take coupons from Subway. Found out only 1% of Subway locations refuse these... coupons - and this is one of them. We were not satisfied with the service. Read more
Young man and two young ladies were working. The guy was busy making his own sandwich I guess getting ready to take a break. I... told the first girl that I wanted a foot long Black Forrest ham sandwich. She asked the other girl to come make my sandwichbecause she had to check out a customer. I told her I wanted Black Forrest ham sandwich. She started adding roast beef! Ipointed at the ham and asked what was that? The other girl walked by and said ham. The girl continued making roast beef. Atthe register I ask, so if what you fixed was "Black Forrest Ham" where is the roast beef. She pointed at the shredded steakand huffed, that is the roast beef. It was obvious that she did not listen during training. I took the roast beef sandwich andvowed this was strike three for this store. I won't be back. Oh, and don't call. I tried this Subway for the1st time. First if all the lady who appeared to be the owner/manager seemed like she did not want to... be there. I ordered a 6 inch turkey. The lady (manager/owner) started making my sandwich on a 12 inch peice of bread. Once Ireminded her it was 6 inch she cut it & took off ALL of the meat. She counted out 3 slices of turkey to use on my 6 inch...thats all she used. She barley gave me veggies. After she finished my order, I saw her touch her nose, the register & take mycash with her plastic gloves on. Then she started on the next sandwich WITHOUT changing her gloves. Walked in to order a couple footlongs before headed to airport. Nobody in line, nice. Said getting a couple footlongs, guy... behind counter saw me holding a coupon and said they don't take coupons. Strike one. So I looked at my wife and told her to getwhatever she wanted, the extra sandwich was for my son later anyway. So she orders 6" on Italian herb cheese bread. "We don'thave that". Strike three. Walked out. Dafuq? Don't take subway branded coupons. No bread. Got twice the sandwich next door inHarris Teeter. Never going back to this one again. And yeah I'm local so it's lost future business. Not my first time in thisone, but also not my first 1-star experience here. Sadly no other subways near me. Read more
