This location is buried in the hospital so I don't expect the atmosphere to be good. That said, the service is outstanding! It's... a small space with basically a full store staff and they are amazing. Quick, accurate, and kind. My only request is open on theweekends for those visiting in the hospital. Read more

I frequent this Starbucks since I work across the street and even though they are usually slammed pack, they are so fast,... efficient, and accommodating. I got my coffee this morning and it didn?t taste right at all, I couldn?t stomach my way throughit, so I had to go back and ask them to remake it, which I hated doing since they were so busy. But they took my order andremade it in under 5 minutes and it was MUCH better! This team can?t get enough recognition. They?re always awesome. Read more

They got my order wrong or fail to tell me that the drink I order only comes in 1 size not cool when your at work and standing... in line waiting on your order so that u can go back to work. Read more

terrible service trying to do a mobile order and it said that starbucks the app was having scheduled maintenance. So i called... the store and asked to do a to go order and the lady said we don?t do over the phone orders try somewhere else and hung up onme. it?s a shame that i am such an avid starbucks consumer and basically get starbucks everyday. and after all of the loyalty tothem they have the nerve to hang up on me. unbelievable Read more
