I went on 7/14/20 at 2pm and the lady working that day took a whole minute to finish her conversation with the other guy working... there to take my order. It wasn?t like they were talking about work stuff either, they were gossiping. They knew I was there andwere on the other side of the cash register. She was also so rude and has a rushed mono tone with me and every consumer in lineafter me. I wasn?t giving her an additive or anything. I?m so nice! I think the manager should tell their staff know about customer service. I ordered a caramel macchiato ( Venti size)this morning... . The lady made my coffee didn?t make the drink full and she didn?t clean the caramel drizzles out side my drink because shemade it all the way out to my cup. This never happen to me before when I buy Starbuck . If you make it dirty how can I hold itit?s already stick in my hand. Read more
my Girlfriend stopped in just now and showed them my order and they got it wrong ... rushing to make the drink they didn?t Add 2... things and didn?t even pay attention to the light ice part ... I don?t understand how you read someone?s order and still get itwrong all she did was show the previous order on the app so it was correct . I gave 2 stars because 3 stars would be a bit generous. I've been to this particular Starbucks more times than I can count and... it's just not up to par. The cafe area is always dirty and the trash bins are literally always ovetflowing. The baristas areconsistently either overwhelmed, with no help, or distracted, which makes the service very slow. Today, what appeared to be aTarget supervisor came behind the counter to talk about her favorite TV shows with the girl who should have been making mybeverage. I just watched the cup sit on the counter. I know this isn't a corporate Starbucks location, but still, they need towork on their standards. Read more
This location has let me down multiple times. Once I had a coupon for half off ANY beverage, and they told me I could only use... it on certain drinks. And then today I asked for a chocolate banana smoothie and they told me they couldn't make it because theydidn't have any bananas. This Starbucks is inside a Target. They have easy access to more bananas. -__- Do better, Starbucks. Read more
It's fine. It's an in-store Starbucks in Target so there are not four baristas rushing around to serve customers. The lady at... the counter was super great and did all one human being could possibly do at lunch hour. Congrats to her. Read more
Starbucks should close this location. The whole thought process behind starbucks in targets is that guests should not be able to... tell the difference between them and freestanding starbucks stores. I live across the street so I used to come here at leasttwice a week. The wait is always super long even when I'm the only person in the line. The staff is really not friendly at alland when you let them know they made your drink wrong (guaranteed to happen if you come here) they are extremely rude about it.On a handful of occasions I've come in they've said they were out of espresso.... how does that happen?!
