Went to the one on mallard creek Friday afternoon first time I seen any Starbucks empty now I know why absolutely disgusted I... ordered a strawberry frappachino and got whip cream with syrup don?t think they were out of product or barista just didn?t knowhow to make it or lazy I want my $4.80 backs ! Earlier today about an hour ago, my husband and I walk in to get two iced coffee the server Camron did not greet us, he didn?t... ask what he can get for us and three was his face look like he didn?t want to do his job. This is second time that this hashappened to us. Well, I asked if I can get a venti Iced coffee then he said that it was out. I normally get my coffee there whenI am there going grocery shopping. I had visited this store to buy Teavana Cloud & Mist Green Tea Packets and I paid for it(20paclets). The employee then noticed,... they didn?t have those in stock & she made a note on a piece of paper. She asked me to comein the next day & she was not there.I don?t have a proof of it either. I had asked the customer service of Harris Teeter & there was no response from them even. Itsnot about the money, its about the service they offered which was irresponsible & not as standards. Yesterday morning was the worse service I've ever gotten from a Starbucks... When I walked in the server Danny had his gloves... on, playing with his dreads and hat. As he was taking my order he was grabbing the cups around the rim where we drink... When Iasked him to please change his gloves he smacked his teeth and got an attitude. When trying to inform him that it was unsanitaryhe continued to be rude. Not only was the sanitation not up to par but my drink was made incorrect as well, I would've went backbut I had to go to work. Please tell your server to mind their sanitation, thank you! Read more
There was a line because there was only one experienced person. We asked for a breakfast bun to be cut in two. We were told they... had no knives. She dropped a plastic knife into our bag & we had to go to the one table there & try to halve it. Not funattacking it with a blunt instrument. They were also unable to fix one coffee we ordered because they were out of something.Just overall a big hassle & disappointment since we were traveling & had gone out of our way to find a Starbucks. The manager is rude! Her attitude was disgusting. I try to avoid this Starbucks but my work is right near it so once in a while... I would go back. Thank goodness I haven't bump into her again or I would walk right back out. Today I went and Shianna, anemployee was working. She was the sweetest and very friendly.
