Guy that took the order was nice. But my drink that I get twice a day at different locations was not correct. Usually can taste... the espresso and see the color differences every day. First photo is what I got from here, others are what I get ordering thesame thing at other locations. Read more
Went to the one on mallard creek Friday afternoon first time I seen any Starbucks empty now I know why absolutely disgusted I... ordered a strawberry frappachino and got whip cream with syrup don?t think they were out of product or barista just didn?t knowhow to make it or lazy I want my $4.80 backs ! Earlier today about an hour ago, my husband and I walk in to get two iced coffee the server Camron did not greet us, he didn?t... ask what he can get for us and three was his face look like he didn?t want to do his job. This is second time that this hashappened to us. Well, I asked if I can get a venti Iced coffee then he said that it was out. I normally get my coffee there whenI am there going grocery shopping. I had visited this store to buy Teavana Cloud & Mist Green Tea Packets and I paid for it(20paclets). The employee then noticed,... they didn?t have those in stock & she made a note on a piece of paper. She asked me to comein the next day & she was not there.I don?t have a proof of it either. I had asked the customer service of Harris Teeter & there was no response from them even. Itsnot about the money, its about the service they offered which was irresponsible & not as standards.
