This Starbucks has very poor management. You order a drink before the person in the drive thru orders. The person in the drive... thru gets their drink before the person inside that ordered before gets their drink. From my understanding, it?s first comefirst serve. But not with Starbucks. They know you want your drink and they will make sure their drive thru line gets servedfaster. Read more

I enjoy coming to here,but today was my birthday. Nina was amazing. Made my drink and it was good. She was super friendly and... kept telling me happy birthday! ?. Clean store quick service. Starbucks is always one of my goto places. This was a quick stop but they got our order right and got... us back on our way. There was really no waiting. But I did use the app to order ahead. Even still I like this location and willbe back. Read more
This WAS a Starbucks that I visited frequently. Before today, they always had a 5-Star rating from me. If I could give less than... a 1-star, it would be appropriate! After the disrespectful treatment my daughter got at the drive through window atapproximately 7:00 p.m. tonight, (I was a passenger in her vehicle), I will never come to this Starbucks again!! The managementteam of this location needs to educate their team members how to respectfully communicate a topic that is not easy orcomfortable to verbalize. Respect means that the customer receiving the message is not made to feel degraded by the teammember. I am disappointed, to say the least. I expect more from Starbucks, as I have become accustomed to the superior peopleskills that most of the Starbucks team members have. As the old saying goes, "one bad apple spoils the whole bunch!" OMG, this is the first time I saw in Starbucks shop the strange way to serve when she get the order. Her name is JAY, she did... not let her coworker read the order in my phone, she aksed me holding my phone which is a long order.
