Usually a pleasant experience but this morning I had a rude server. First of all she wasn?t very happy when taking order which... is ok bc we all have our days but what wasn?t okay was how she just threw my food across the counter. Like you?re not at afeeding zoo. This Starbucks has very poor management. You order a drink before the person in the drive thru orders. The person in the drive... thru gets their drink before the person inside that ordered before gets their drink. From my understanding, it?s first comefirst serve. But not with Starbucks. They know you want your drink and they will make sure their drive thru line gets servedfaster. Read more
