I don't know that I've ever posted a one star review, but this was far and away the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I placed... an online order, and when I arrived for pick up it was missing an item. I asked about it, and was told they were out of thattea, and then ignored. I had to ask again about what I should do, and they told me I needed to get a refund through the app andthen order something else. There doesn't seem to be a way to get a refund through the app, and the order has been marked asfully complete. On top of that, the sandwiches were stale. If you can, I'd go to one of the other 3 Starbucks in the airport. Read more

Last night (26 November) at about 7:00pn my wife and I ordered drinks after getting off our flight. The man behind the counter... was wonderful, he repeated our order back to us to include milk choices. He was very polite. We ordered a hot venti peppermintmocha with whole milk and a hot tall chai latte with oatsmilk. When the barista was making our drinks, my wife noticed her pouralmond milk into the milk jug. I asked if she was pouring my wife?s chai latte because we had a nut allergy. She said she wasn?tpouring ours, I was happy with that answer and waited for our second drink. Another employee asked me what the issue was and Irepeated we ordered oatsmilk because we have a nut allergy. The second employee grabbed the oatsmilk. While she was makingdrinks, the barista started getting agitated at us. Told me to smell the milk if I didn?t believe her. She threw a full milk juginto the sink. We?re not totally sure what kind of milk we got or why she was so angry. My wife is nursing our son with theallergy. I can?t smell the difference in milks but if we get the wrong one, my 11-month-old son will have an allergic reaction.We just threw out the chai latte and moved on. This was completely insane. Just use the requested milk. I don?t understand theissue. I do appreciate the other employee getting the oatsmilk out for us. I just wish we had confidence in the right milk beingused. Having a bad day is one thing but if you?re working in service, you gotta be good at pretending. The girls working the register... and making the drink literally did not want to be there. I get it, I worked retail at one point too, but a woman in front hadgotten her drink iced when she asked for it hot. Sure, your brown sugar latte drink isn?t supposed to come hot, but she orderedhot in front of me. The barista tried arguing and the woman said she?d just like a hot drink, so the barista literally rolledher eyes and made as much noise as possible when remaking the drink. The attitude was palpable and low key angering me. Thecashier was not speaking up and I sure hope her shift ends soon for her sake and the customers? sake. Great experience this morning in Terminal B. New open early hours, super friendly staff, and a great cup of coffee.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks. Staff not helpful or even polite whatsoever. Avoid.

Extremely busy due to multiple flight delays. Each team member asked every single person how their day has been and hoped they... continued to have a safe travels. Great customer service! Moved quickly with how busy they were. Read more
