Bad customer service? I witnessed 2 very mean ladies at the register picking on a teenager that wanted to pay cash for her... order. She was informed cards only after she ordered. When she tried to cancel her order, the lady told her she couldn?tcancel (no sign saying cards only). Thankfully another customer stepped up and paid for her order?. The manager came out fromthe back and tried to correct his staff but by then it was to late? I felt sorry for him! Read more
The worst staff I?ve ever encountered. The 2 ladies pictured were so rude and making racist remarks about another customer. I... witnessed them berate and make a teenage girl in front of me cry, then continued to cuss and discuss the interaction in front ofa full line. Video of interaction is being sent to corporate. If Starbucks continues to employ them it will speak volumes aboutwhere they stand. Also the lady in the head wrap frequently would LICK her fingers in between making drinks. Hakim, the managerwas trying his best to get them to shut their mouths but it was too little too late. Absolutely horrified for the Starbucksname. I missed my flight from a delayed connection and have been in the airport for hours waiting for the next flight out. I could cry... from happiness at the way my drink tastes. I had kind of a weird order and they got it exactly right and fast. Not that I was ina rush! Thank you to that team! Read more
The gentlemen that took my order was incredibly rude and snarky. When asking if I could redeem my points for the beverage he... quickly told me I should have let him know at the beginning of the order. Explained that I had always been given the choiceafter my order he snapped back stating he has been working for starbucks longer than I?ve been a customer and it is something Ihave to let them know before so I asked if we could go ahead and do that, he then proceeded to roll his eyes and exhale withannoyance. I then told him just to cancel the whole thing. For someone who states he has been working for you for many yearsshould receive more training and a manager should talk to him about his customer service skills. Read more
I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and what I received tastes like watered down iced coffee with extra milk. It should... have been handed to me with cold brew on the bottom and sweet cream on top, but it came to be already mixed as seen in thepicture. This is a regular order of mine, so I know what it should taste like. It also took 15 minutes for them to get my orderout. I asked the woman calling names about it and she told me that they were working on it when I saw my finished drink sittingnext to her. Then she waited 5 minutes to actually call my name. If you are looking for coffee at the Charlotte airport, I wouldavoid this place. Read more
Got to ask yourself, do I really want this? Because if you do then you know you?re about to wait for 25 to 30 minutes. Just to... get to the counter to find out that this Starbucks much like every other one in the country somehow has ran out of oat milk, I?mnot really sure how they get this out milk but I?m almost positive that they are not sure either. I assume it must be somethinglike a nectar of the God because no one ever has it. I do like Starbucks, but I do hate the inconsistency over and over and overagain. Read more
