Easily the worst service and most unprofessional staff that I have EVER experienced at any shop and especially a Starbucks... store. The level of incompetence is unmatched anywhere. I pulled up to the speaker to communicate my order only to get noresponse, so....I proceeded to drive around to the drive thru window where I sat for several minutes. Person finally decided tocome to the window only to tell me that they could not serve a person driving up without an order. WHAT? I waited at the @$#&$&speaker and got no answer, I pull up to the window and you won't take my order??? STARBUCKS SHOULD FIRE THE ENTIRE CREW ANDREHIRE NEW MGMT TODAY! DISGUSTING SERVICE. Read more
I had a horrible experience today with employee Pam. I ordered a croissant and 2 white mochas. When I got to the window, I... notice the cashier only got one drink. I told Pam I ordered 2. She gets an attitude and tells me ?for future orders look at thatbig bright screen when ordering to see if my order is correct next time? very rudely. Love the nitro brew! The seating is great with such a nice atmosphere.
This Is a new Starbucks that opened up a couple of months ago. The interior is the new type of austere, very open type of store... that is not as closed in feeling as some of the older designs. The staff is very friendly and the service is very quick. Thedrinks and food are very good. Overall, this is one of the better Starbucks I have been to. Read more
This Starbucks is 5 minutes away from my house so it's my to go store. I've only been inside twice but I definitely like the... environment. The drive through is kinda sorta quick for the most part. Going around lunch time is usually busy but any othertime the wait isn't too long. Over all I really like this store and the reason I'm giving it 4 starts is due to the drive thoughwait time! Nice atmosphere. The music is always a bit too loud, but the staff is nice and friendly. Gets quite busy later on in the day.
