Friendly staff, good coffee, but all tables were untidy even though the place was empty

Waited a very long time for three drinks, although there were not many people.
The staff is always friendly and professional. If you?re ever in uptown this?s the Starbucks to go to.
The barista are pretty new and unaware of other features Starbucks offers like Uber eats. I would to see more well rounded and... experienced individuals working in the store. I see they are short staffed (like most locations) so I recommend patience forthese individuals working behind the counters. I would also recommend reading back the drinks and double check with the guest ifunaware of what?s needed in the drink. One of my drinks were made incorrectly and I didn?t noticed till I got home because I wasin a rush. (That?s my fault for not double checking). However, the baristas are very polite and definitely want to get you onyour way as soon as possible. Read more
The staff are pleasant, professional, and efficient. I look forward to saying hello each morning/afternoon/evening when getting... my coffee. My only problem is the availability of dark roast coffee, but that seems to be a universal Starbucks issue handledthrough corporate. It appears that Dark Roast is not available after a certain time but that time is unknown. The app willalways allow you to place an order for dark roast, but when I pick up the coffee it's not dark roast. Sorry, but a "pour over"is not the same nor does it have the same taste. Pike Roast is the alternative but not that level of coffee I need. Hope theystart offering dark roast later in the day instead of just early am. Read more
Awesome location, the staff was very friendly. I loves the seating in here. Different here than back home. Very roomy and plenty... of space to not be on top of each other. Met a homeless lady named Nicole who I purchased a cup of coffee for. The Barista knewexactly how she liked her coffee. This went to show me the love for the customers as well as the people on the streets. Thatreally made my day! Thank you Starbucks! Read more
