I've been to this location several times, however, this past Sunday was far the worst customer service that I have received. The... man that was putting in my order was extremely rude. I was there placing an order for a few coworkers so I showed him my phonewith and told him I needed 2 but will be paying for them separately. I placed one order before I could say I wanted to add a tea he rudely tells me my total. I politely say I also need to add a tea. Then he says to me " this isn't happening right nowand looks at the other girl that was working were switching". I'm sure it wasn't that hard to go back to add a small tea. If itwas just an order for me I would have turned around and walked away, however, the orders were for coworkers. I will stronglythink twice before returning especially if that employee is working. There?s a tall fair skinned guy that is the WORST. His energy precedes him and when he speaks it?s confirmation. No matter what... vibes you bring he stays loaded with ILL. It?s consistent I will say that so from now on I know when I see him to turn aroundand come another day. Never had issue with anyone else here. Otherwise love this location. He?s bad for business. Location is not great if you have a vehicle. They may not be able to validate your ticket. And if you ask, make absolutely sure... that they can. We ended up paying for our parking garage ticket due to misinformation from staff. The 3 stars were given due tothe very well-made drinks we ordered. Read more
I recently went to the Starbucks across from the NASCAR hall of game, and omg wow it?s beautiful. Very spacious with super... comfortable chairs to relax and have a latte. But if you are trying to get work done, there?s a long conference table withcharge ports built in and personal tables as well. Very much impressed. The service is just icing on the cake. Definitely aStarbucks worth checking out. Read more
Worst Starbucks ever! The employees are very rude. They were supposed to open at 6am, but they didn?t. They saw us standing... outside waiting and still didn?t unlock the door on time. Then, they got our order totally wrong. Such a waste of time andmoney! Read more
