So I stopped by the Starsbucks inside the Publix on South Blvd on Monday afternoon. There was 2 guys working, only one was... helping a customer. As I walked up, they both made eye contact with me but??.. neither acknowledged me. So I stood therethinking ok they?re busy doing other things and they will eventually say something to me. Well they both looked at me a couplemore times but still said nothing. I really wanted to see how long it would take for them to say something to me. After aboutclose to 4 minutes and still not being acknowledged, I decided to walk away because I had become very disappointed and irritatedand didn?t want to say what I was thinking. I really hope that this had nothing to do with my skin being dark like the coffee Iwas trying to get!!!!!! P.S the employees did not have coffee colored skin. Read more
AMAZING customer service. We showed up JUST before close and I felt so bad! I wanted to leave and let the barista go home but... she said she could make our drinks. She said they aren't allowed to accept tips at this location, which is a total bummer! Shedefinitely deserved it <3 Read more
