Experience was not good. The employees were too busy talking to each other to even greet me or care about my order.
The Starbucks in this Harris Teeter is the worst. Worst customer service. Please do yourself a favor and go to the one in Publix... right up the street they are SO nice there. Read more

I just bought a coffee from here all I know is that the girl who made this coffee needs to get paid more, I don't know what she... gets paid now but it needs to be more than whatever it is, I'm so sorry I don't know her name but she had long braids and a bluejacket over her apron. Picked up a Pike coffee with a co worker around 11:45. Huge mistake by not tasting it first. Nothing could help this brew,... sugar, milk, just the worst 3 dollar cup of coffee ever from Starbucks. Relatively new but a nice and convenient Starbucks, great location. The cashiers / customer service could use a little work in... terms of personality. Can easily be perceived as not very welcoming. I have visited this location several times at various timesof the day. On most occasions they are not very busy but usually none or very few of the tables are ever cleaned. I think thislocation only does tables twice a day opening and closing. Read more
