I moved to Dilworth 1 month ago. One of the most exciting aspects was that this Starbucks would be my go-to coffee shop. Staff... is super nice, and you can tell they work hard. However, my iced coffee has been missing the syrup 3 times in the last month -once in person and twice for mobile order. I caught it the first 2 times and they made it right. The 3rd time I was rushed anddidn?t catch it. One time, it had regular milk instead of cream and one time my mobile was missing the snack box, but not asmuch of a concern I suppose because mistakes happen?it?s just the pattern that is taking extra time to have my orders corrected.I have tried calling the store multiple times with no answer to notify the staff so that they can be aware and make anyimprovements necessary, but cannot get an answer. If someone can address my concern from the this review, I would appreciate itand will be happy to change it to 5 stars with a glaring review. Read more
Only about 20% of the baristas here are competent. The rest are inept at making drinks and/or are slower than molasses jogging... uphill. Do us all a favor and have the service-challenged handle the food and taking the orders, and have the fast-workingcompetent ones handle making the drinks. I imagine this is the first rule in the Starbucks manual. Read more
Nicest atmosphere if you want to sit and work here, but if you?re looking for fast service, this is the worst one. I came in and... it took 15 minutes for a cold brew drink to be made, with hardly any people in line. I keep trying to give this place chances tosee if their wait time improves, but it hasn?t gotten better. Employees just had no sense of urgency. Bathrooms are usuallydirty as well. Read more
Genuinely confused as to how this store isn't rated a 1. This entire location should be demolished and left in the past. The... service, as a whole, terrible. The wait times, absurd. The attitude of the employees, surprising (how terrible.) All thataside, which is a lot to put aside. The cleanliness of this place is ABYSMAL. I won't dive into the actual cafe environmentitself, I don't have enough words for sad, empty, cluttered, drafty and dirty. I will however point to the bathrooms, in whichI'm attaching the photos. (sorry, gross I know.) If this was a one-off, that would be one thing. However, I walk to thislocation and it is always FILTH. You would find cleaner bathrooms at the abandoned Shell station in your hometown. I would beabsolutely embarrassed to the managing party responsible for any of this. These photos aren't even the worst I've comeacross. Save your money, go find another location (literally any.) Again, it doesn't matter if you are there at the start ofthe day, mid-day, off time, or closing. Good luck. Read more

Employees here are so kind and quick. I love Starbucks because it is very quick and easy to customize my orders in the app then... have a swift pickup. But keep in mind Starbucks is a huge contributor to environmental waste. Try to skip the straw! Read more
It's hard to rate any Starbucks lower than five stars because they always deliver; however, there have been a few. I wish i... could give this one a sixth. Staff was great, drinks were great... as expected. This one wins for atmosphere: both theinimitable building and the throngs of patrons who obviously love it there and stay. It was an awkwardly chili morning inCharlotte when we came, but to an appropriate place it was. Plenty, albeit already occupied, seating throughout the building, aswell as comfortable outside furniture reserved for those warmer days when one orders an iced chai latte instead of one extra hotwith two sleeves. Parking was a bit congested out back, but like the inside seats, there's plenty reserved for Starbucks ifonly less people came... a good problem to have, I guess. Read more
This is a tough one. I love this location's atmosphere and spaciousness. I like to hang out here when I'm in the area. Now the... issue. I have a specific drink, like we all do, and I know how it tastes. It was made incorrectly the first time and the baristahad a major non-verbal attitude. She reluctantly remade it but it was still wrong. I resisted having it made a 3rd time and wenton my way. If I'm paying $6 for a coffee drink, it needs to be done with excellence.
