I went around 8:30am on a Sunday morning so there was no line! I?m not a big coffee drinker but wanted to try something... different this morning. I asked for a ?surprise me? drink that?s dairy free. I got a iced coffee with oat milk and a lemon cakeslice. My drink was good and not too strong. I thought the lemon loaf cake was made fresh in store but it comes in a individualslice plastic wrap. Very polite staff! I had a question about my order because my shaken espresso wasn?t sweet and the person who helped me was... extremely helpful. She explained that the classic syrup should be in the coffee already but when I said it still wasn?t verysweet, she offered to add more syrup. I think the size and the amount of shots was why it wasn?t very sweet. She was helpfulnonetheless! I hate taking orders back or complaining but she made it a very pleasant fix. Pretty much the only time I go to Starbucks is when I have a meeting with someone. Great WiFi connections, spacious table... placement at this location so others are not bothered by our conversation, and clean facilities. Very busy drive-thru. Whilethey didn't quite make my friend's coffee correctly, they did try. This location is quite acceptable for future meetings. Theyoffer a nice selection of brunch-type fare. Read more
They were training new people but did a pretty good job. Wait time to order was 5mins, took another 5 to get the drink. I... ordered in store. The drive through was simply slammed the whole time I was there- I would not have wanted to be in that line. Drink was fine once I got it. I think this place is maybe busier than they expected so likely going to get better to meet thedemand. Read more
I placed a drive thru order and them three times what I wanted. It was for 1 pumpkin loaf, 2 venti iced caramel macchiato light... ice one with 7 pumps of sugar free vanilla and one with 7 pumps of regular vanilla, 3 whips and caramel drizzle. When I pulledup to pay I told him it was made wrong. He took it back to supposedly correct it, but it was still wrong. I think if place anorder and pay for it, I should expect to get it right especially when I tell you 3x what I want. Read more
