I come in everyday and the girls are always extremely rude to everyone. Especially around mobile orders. I brought in my red cup... to get .10 cents off my coffee like Starbucks saids and they told me they are t allowed to use my red cup (that they just gaveme) for the coffee. 2 employees. The man was very adept at doing absolutely nothing. Look at the crowd in my picture. All those people had ordered... and we're waiting. I love this Starbucks! I come here every morning. My favorite employee is Job. He knows what I want everytime I come in. This... store is clean, priced well and has very friendly employees. Definitely would recommend as a regular coffee spot to get workdone. Read more

This is another great Starbucks. The people are so friendly! While traveling, I accidentally sent my mobile order to wrong... store. They immediately took care of by making my drink and diverting my egg bites. This location gets super busy. They do aphenomenal job working through orders quickly. They have doggy treats near the door for anyone that has a dog. They have aboard where customers leave comments that is filled with positive feedback. Read more
By far the worst Starbucks in North Carolina. I live very close to this location and would order here frequently. Each time the... employees are on their phones, not attentive, and are not willing to offer customer service. On my last visit I asked for anextra straw and the barista said she would have to charge me for it and I needed to get back in line and order it. Will not bereturning to this Starbucks location. I like this location and usually everything is great. This morning was different. I just left Starbucks 10 mins ago and I am not... happy. I order and everything bagel with cream cheese and they gave me and plain bagel. I asked for a sausage and cheese on anEnglish muffin and they gave me egg. They also took longer than necessary as it was not busy, there was as no one in thelocation and there was 4 people working and 3 of them were pretending to look like they were working. The only girl who was madethe visit ok was the tall blonde girl who was making lattes, she made my latte beautifully. Not the best experience. Read more
