I come in everyday and the girls are always extremely rude to everyone. Especially around mobile orders. I brought in my red cup... to get .10 cents off my coffee like Starbucks saids and they told me they are t allowed to use my red cup (that they just gaveme) for the coffee. 2 employees. The man was very adept at doing absolutely nothing. Look at the crowd in my picture. All those people had ordered... and we're waiting. I like this location and usually everything is great. This morning was different. I just left Starbucks 10 mins ago and I am not... happy. I order and everything bagel with cream cheese and they gave me and plain bagel. I asked for a sausage and cheese on anEnglish muffin and they gave me egg. They also took longer than necessary as it was not busy, there was as no one in thelocation and there was 4 people working and 3 of them were pretending to look like they were working. The only girl who was madethe visit ok was the tall blonde girl who was making lattes, she made my latte beautifully. Not the best experience. Read more
