Today I happen to order online to get a drink ahead of time and... when I arrived to my surprise the drive thru had such a line and even inside was packed. Very racist? Brandon Fernandez so I?ve been going to this location since July. This morning he scans my app as they have since... July. He lies and stated he needs my id , clearly on page 70 it states as long as my card is in my phone my discount is honored!!! Then he proceeded to say and I can?t use the discount today ( which was another LIE because it certainly applied) and I gotmy coffee Came home pulled out handbooks called back and I asked him to guide me to where it says it?s company policy - Then hesaid oh I don?t know where it is- I?m on a barista and can?t stop to look - gave me his full name- So I called PCC repconfirmed I was correct. Been here several times, people are friendly but I don't care for the actual location. Unfortunately once you are in line you... are stuck, three times I've waited in line 20+ mins just to be told they were out of White Chocolate Mocha and then had tofinish waiting in line another 10 mins before I could leave. I would definitely suggest they put a sign out at the start of thedrive thru to let folks know when they are out of such a popular item, I've seen other locations do this. It's not their faultwhen they are out of something but it is their fault when I have to wait in line 30 mins only to leave empty handed. Read more
Very convenient to get coffee here in the morning, as the location is near my brother?s camp. The atmosphere and the baristas... are so nice and give great customer service!!???? Also, the map decoration on the wall is so unique and so interesting to lookat! Read more
Really great staff every time I go to this location (and it?s been this way for years). I made a mistake on my order earlier... without realizing it and they were so nice about it. She helped me fix it and did so with no complaints even though it was 100%my fault. Read more
There are no store hours posted, but I was rushed out and told by three different employees that I needed to leave because the... store was closing at 5pm?? This is not the first time I?ve been to this location and they have either been closed, or decided toclose early with no warning other than ?we?re closed, you need to leave?. It?s really inconvenient whenever the store hasinconsistent hours. Not to mention that as I was packing my laptop, two of the three employees felt the need to pull their masksdown when telling me ?it is 4:59 PM, we close in one minute.? Read more
