Sooooo avid Starbucks drinker here! I only leave reviews if the service is horrible. This place really needs to be closed?wait... wait wait, it?s finally open and doesn?t have any of the ingredients and then wants to CHARGE for subbing things because the waycannot properly make a drink. Berewick location outside of Harris teeter, always been a pleasant visit. UNTIL TODAY, odd behavior was experienced here. My... drink was very simple and tasted off, like peppermint(my order didn?t include peppermint). I went inside and spoke with agentleman and he remade my drink, the second drink was great. Spoke with the manager to express my concern. Ash was veryresponsive and expressed interest in what I was saying. I do think he took my concern serious but I am disappointed. Read more
not sure how a starbucks can fail so badly. they cant seem to keep people there, their hours are all over the place. when you... actually do go there and they are open no one seems to know what they are doing. i normally have to repeat my order at a minimumof three times. no one they hire seems to want to work or show up for work. maybe if you stop hiring the WOKE CROWD and justhire people who want to work and actually want a job. this place wins the award for the worst coffee shop i have ever been to inall my travels..just avoid Read more
