Never go here!!! Just go to the drive thru/walk in location besides walgreens and harris teeter- you'll be better off there. We... visited your location at the charlotte premium outlets - 5434 New Fashion Way, Charlotte, NC 28278 on 12/13/2020 and had ahorrible experience. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks around 430pm EST and there was 6 employees in the booth working. 2were actually working the others were standing around playing rock paper scissors, and one was talking to their mom the entiretime at the register. There was mobile order drinks just sitting on the side, and when drinks were called out the customers hadto send them back. I worked at one of the busiest Starbucks at Magic kingdom so I know how it is on bar when it's busy and cold.I get it but only 2 people were working out of the 6 and it was slow like very slow like sloth makers making drinks. We gotour drinks but they were made wrong and the hot chocolate was luke warm and tasted like the milk was spoil. Ended up with astomuch bug the rest of the evening. On top of that we kept asking how long the wait and they just kept saying 5 mins if weknew you were behind you could of told us before we ordered. I will never go to the Starbucks at the outlet again id rather goacross the street to the drive thru. Tried complaining to the manager was told there was none they are on break it was now 530almost and the store closed at 6 and was way behind. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew yesterday which was not what I got. I don?t know what it was but I took 2 small sips and had... to throw it out. It was terrible. As a former partner, I understand that the cold brews can be somewhat tricky to make but Icouldn?t even drink it and for the amount of money I pay for each drink I would at least expect it to be drinkable. I didn?tbother bringing it back because the line was long and I don?t want spit in my drink. Read more
Since this is the only one at the outlets, expect long wait times. For the amount of people who seem to always be congregated... around this booth, the drinks come out fast. Mobile orders through the Starbucks app are a must if yo want to just drop by andpick something up. I say that, yet there was one time where I placed a mobile order on the other side of the grounds and wasn'teven ready when I went up there. Still better than waiting in line. The grounds around the Starbucks are always clean and thereare tables and chairs to sit at while you wait for your order. Read more
Don't care for Starbucks. Don't care for their attitudes, ESPECIALLY when the coffee is extremely expensive. I basically have... made a promise to NOT buy ANY Starbucks products in grocery stores as well. It's too bad because I do love certain whole beancoffees for home brewing. Oh well. Read more

took 30mins to get a drink had to ask for a refund after they lost my order. sad they still having trouble getting orders out as... they come in. i normaly dont have problems today did. they keep blaiming it on covid is why they cant get the orders out. Read more
