I am frequent coffee and pink drink consumer here and today was a shame with my pink drink. They just served me ice and not pink... drink and when I asked the staff about that, the girl in front just said, sorry that is the measurement that we have for thatdrink and you have to pay for a new one. Really? What a customer service is that? I showed her the cup full of ice and her replywas just buy another one!! Starbucks made a lot of money but they cannot refill a pink drink that was served wrong!!Incredible!! Read more
A typical Starbucks. Nothing unique about this location. Exactly what you would expect. Coffee was hot and quick service.
Thank you Ashley!! Screwed up my mobile order. I selected nearby store and placed my order. Thinking the Starbucks parking... lot I was in would be the nearby store. WRONG. So not want to drive 5 miles just to pick up my coffee, I bought the same thingat this store. While complaining, I explained the situation to Ashley. She decided to refund me the order I just placed withher. Thanks Starbucks for empowering this young lady with ability to do something. Good for a customer! Read more

My last review was not favorable, I want you to know that this store has pulled it together big time over the past 2 years! I... now go here twice a day. Everyone is attentive and you get taken care of quickly and the drinks are very well made now. Muchmore attention to detail. Slow and inconsiderate... I was trying to hurry with my order because there was a long line and wait. When I ordered, they... didn't have one item I asked for, so at the window I asked them if they had another item in its place. I didn't ask at speakerbecause I didn't want to hold line up. The guy/girl at window said I'd have to drive back around to add the item... So they werealready slow, and he had.the nerve to tell me to go back around instead of just adding to my order... no one has ever saidanything like that at any drive thru I've been in...
