I don?t mean to be a Karen at all. First off we walk in an hour before close which is kind of bad on our part but still, they... have plenty of time to give us a muffin and some hot chocolate before they close. While we wait for our drinks one of the girlscomes out with a mop bucket and proceeds to mop all around us. The girl and her co worker we?re giving us terrible uncomfortablelooks that made us feel horrible and so we lost our appetites, threw the muffin away and left, I apologized for coming in solate before I left and they gave me a stank look and my friend slipped on the wet floor and they watched and one girl kind ofsmirked. I will never be going here again and what a waste of money and the muffin. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. Read more

Employees were rude and seemed annoyed at everything. My drink took forever to make...people who ordered after me got there's... before mine. I used to love coming to this Starbucks when I used to work over this way, now I don't. I won't be back. Read more

The guy who took my order was polite. He took my order correctly but for some reason, the system said hot for my iced matcha. I... had no problem, they had to remake it. The boss, manager or what ever she is was very rude, and the person whom made my drinkwas rude. I already had to wait for the remake. Then I have to wait again for my lemon loaf. So I basically tell them its ok andim about to go, not caring for a refund. She says very rude and nasty "what are you needing"? How about for my order to becomplete thats what. Complete unacceptable behavior after you guys computer mistake. No apology at all, just nasty attitudes.Thank u to the guy that took my order for being polite. Read more

Usually pretty good. However, it really depends on who's working. The morning staff is terrible. Sub par attitudes. Poorly made... drinks. Drinks made wrong. When you question the incorrect make they act like you asked for something extra. It's not anythingextra it's you failing to properly do your job. If you are going to this Starbucks go around 2-4pm or it's going to be anunpleasant experience. Morning time find a different Starbucks it will definitely be worth the extra drive. Read more

PAINFULLY SLOW regardless of when I go and we have had the RUDEST staff. Never ever had this at any other Starbucks. I know good... help is tough these days but waiting twenty minutes every time isn't worth it-- especially for coffee! Last time I got egg biteswhich took 20 minutes, and a fork took another 10! Corporate really needs to look into this. Read more

Super annoyed! They need they're manager! I've had a week with starbucks! For the last 4 days I have mobile ordered, I've had my... coffee remade 3 times, I'm paying extra for caramel & they barely give it to me. I bought a sandwich & they gave me a doubleopened back, so it fell on the floor. Today was my last try so I went inside today & walked out with nothing ???? but a refundfor my entire order. People who were came in after me, walked out with their order before me! Making me late to work! Completelyover it! Annoyed is an understatement! Read more

Extremely slow. I ordered 10 mins early and arrived at the time of estimated completion. Still had to wait another 10 mins. NO... ONE IS CURRENTLT BEING SERVED! I probably won't come back to this specific Starbucks. Read more
