Soul Miner?s came to my workplace and I got the Reuben. First, service was friendly and warm. That?s always a plus! Now, the... sandwich?DELICIOUS! I am not a vegan, though I have been vegetarian and vegan at different times. I have enjoyed a regularReuben. It?s one of my favorite sandwiches. This was the first plant based Reuben I?ve ever had and it will not be thelast! Using mushrooms as the protein, this was a flavorful sandwich! I can also be turned off by mushroom texture, but this wasperfection. The sauerkraut, dressing, gooey cheese all on rye bread?a work of art. All of the flavors of a Reuben without thebloating from salty meat. I can?t wait to try some other menu items! Read more

This is my absolute favorite food truck I have ever eaten at!! The nachos are absolutely the best I?ve ever eaten from any... establishment!! They have specials sometimes that need to be permanent menu additions but I guess that?s how they keep me comingback so often!! Lol! They have eco friendly to go containers so I never have to worry about damaging our environment and all thefoods is vegan!! Added pictures of the Birria Tacos (SO GOOD!!), Squash skewer, Eloté, Charcuterie Board (AMAZING!!), BBQSliders, Nachos and Fries (My Favortie!!!!), and Cauliflower Wrap.
