Don't tell the other food trucks, but Soul Miner's is my favorite food truck in Charlotte!! Their food is always incredible (and... cruelty free)! I also love that they go the extra mile to support other small businesses as well. You absolutely can't go wrongwith their nachos, and their tacos are always amazing too! Read more

Soul Miner?s came to my workplace and I got the Reuben. First, service was friendly and warm. That?s always a plus! Now, the... sandwich?DELICIOUS! I am not a vegan, though I have been vegetarian and vegan at different times. I have enjoyed a regularReuben. It?s one of my favorite sandwiches. This was the first plant based Reuben I?ve ever had and it will not be thelast! Using mushrooms as the protein, this was a flavorful sandwich! I can also be turned off by mushroom texture, but this wasperfection. The sauerkraut, dressing, gooey cheese all on rye bread?a work of art. All of the flavors of a Reuben without thebloating from salty meat. I can?t wait to try some other menu items! Read more
