Cashier Jonathan is extremely rude, no greeting upon entry , AirPod in, frustrated and asked for a tip after literally looking... at me and not asking to take my order when I walked in. So Smoothie King is more of a healthy place where people who work out can go and get something to help them out. They mostly had... smoothies that aimed towards giving you more energy, more muscles or recovery. That sort of thing. Smoothie king is verydifferent than their sibling SweetFrog next door; as sweets and cookies are nowhere to be found here. They do have fruitysmoothies, but only a few available. No chocolate here. I was helped out by Jazzline who helped me understand how to use theapp and even guided me to using a code for $2 off my first smoothie. The staff made my order in only a few minutes and I wasoff on my way soon. The inside was very clean. Awesome experience! Read more
My smoothie tasted like rotting bananas. Also the brown sugar was left out, so my peanut power plus tasted like unsweetened... chocolate and old fruit. Ruined my lunch date. Read more

I unfortunately did not catch the name of the employee who had helped me today but he was phenomenal. He was extremely... knowledgeable about all items on the menu and even gave me wonderful suggestions and substitutions. He was prompt in greeting meand serving me immediately. This service was horrible. I came in with my wife on 11/26. We originally did an online order, but when we came in they said... they didn?t get it. So we had to place the order again. The customer service here is horrible. There were 2 gentleman workingand they were moving so slow and had about 7 smoothies to complete. It was so many people in the store and they were moving soslow. When the lady came in she finally started moving the line and smoothies along. When I walked in I wasn?t even greeted. Theone guy looked at me and just turned his head They work like they don?t care nor do they act like they want to be at work. Ifthat?s the case they should?ve called off. But don?t give horrible service when you have people in the establishment. Then oneof the guys checked his phone and all on it when there was so many smoothies to be made. This is horrible.
