If I could give it 0 stars I would. I made an online purchase of two smoothies on 3/7. I was running a little late but I got... there 15min before they closed. I got there and they was already gone. I tried calling them everyday that whole week and didn?treceive any answer. I believed I called Saturday morning and someone picked up and I explained my situation and I was told thatno one was there to refund me my money until the next day and that he would tell them so I said okay and still haven?t heardfrom them nor seen my refund in my account. Everytime we go and get the same smoothies they taste differently everytime. My boyfriend got his smoothie back with whole dates... and ice cubes in his and was impossible to get through the straw. my smoothie was VERY watered down. customer service was notgood, if u don?t want to be at work then don?t show up. another time we went an hour before closing, we showed up and the doorswere locked and the guy inside told us he was closed even though the door says they closed an hour later than it was. we are nothappy and wish we did not spend our money on this. I'm not sure what it is about this location but it will be my last time going here. The lack of customer service is seriously... lacking here. Today is Friday, how can you be in a bad mood on a Friday? Plus its a holiday weekend. People are out here with nojobs wishing they could work and the employees here act like they aren't grateful for having a job. No greeting when I walkedin. I was super happy when coming in the store. I said hello to the team working and they all had blank looks on there faces. Iordered three smoothies and one was for a child. There was a lot left over in the blender so I asked if I could pay for anothercup so the mix wouldn't be wasted and I was told no. Really? The customer service is horrible and still I offer more money andI'm denied. The worst part is when I get home my shake was watered down! My husband offered to go take it back but I rather takeit as a loss and throw it away then to get anything else from this location. Read more
