I ordered a smoothie in the smoothie king app on 11/06/21 with a pick up time of 2:06. I walked into the store at the time of... pickup and couldn?t find an employee. I waited for 5-7 minutes, yelled out and an employee walked out from the back. I told herI placed an order in the app, and she said they had not received it. I showed her my receipt, she said she would begin to makeit, but disappeared again to the back. She came out again after 5 minutes and said she didn?t know how to make it because ?Idon?t have the ingredients.? I asked, do you not have the ingredients or do you not have the order? She responded, ?I don?t knowwhat ingredients to put in the drink without the order slip being printed out.? I told her exactly what I ordered and how therewere zero modifications. She said, ?no I can?t make the drink for you? and also refused to provide me with a refund. She saidthere is no manager in house and wrote down my name and information for the owner or manager. I?m now having to complete acharge back with my bank over a $10.00 smoothie. Go to a different location. Read more

I waited 35 minutes for my one smoothie (walk-in order), on my day off. Yayyyy!!! No manager anywhere. Only three people... ahead of me. They were getting mobile orders and doing most of them before my walk in order. After 25 minutes, I asked them forstatus on my order, and they didn't even have it in their system. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I guess I will findanother place. Read more

If I could give no stars I honestly would these kids are so unprofessional every time I go in here. I work in the food industry... so I don?t expect them to be perfect but at this point it?s just sad. I just walked attempted to enter the store and before Icould open the door all the way a kid comes from the back asking me to leave and ?give him 5 minutes?. I usually place the orderonline so I don?t have to interact with these kids. Where?s the manager? Whose in charge here? They need guidance. Read more

Always awesome smoothie. Today, the lady that helped me was pretty devoid of personality. No smile, no welcome. I understand... that every day may not seem like a good day, but in a face to face business, making a customer comfortable, makes all thedifference. That is the part that brings a customer back. Smoothie was great! However when I came in there was about 4 customers waiting to pay 2 in front of me to order and a couple... behind me....at first there was only one guy working a few minutes later a girl comes inside. Long story short I paid and minesmoothies were not even ready, I was the last one to leave the store after about 20-30 mins even after walk ins!! Im trulydisgusted and actually frequent this location however after today they will not receive a damn dime from me or my family andfriends. Read more

Smoothie was great, however, I ordered online went in, there is a long line, got to the counter was told to hold on one minute... and then everyone else was served before me including walk ins. Only had one young lady working by herself which was surprisingto me on a weekend. Got my drink 20 mins after promised time for order. I don't think I will be coming back to this location. Read more

Tucked away. I had to circle around a bit to find it. The store was clean and service was OK. There are plenty of menu options... to choose - a smoothie can be quite pricey - but coupons are always floating around put there. There is a small retail sectionwith supplements and edible items- but there is no seating, so it's a drop in and leave. The sign says that there is a $5special on FRIDAYS so I guess that's a good time to try other blends. Read more
