I went to order a slim n trim smoothie today for the free upsize and to redeem my free espresso shot. The cashier wiped the... sweat off her face with gloves on and did not change them. Her gloves were filthy. She didnt know what a free espresso shotmeant as she rung me up for slim n trim but didnt add the espresso shot. She thought it was an additional drink. I had toexplain to her that it was an enhancer not an additional drink. I watched them mess up orders while I waited for my drink. Notto mention, the other girl didnt even have gloves on either.
