Very friendly staff. They will talk to you and have conversation while making your smoothie and offer good service. Has... everything a nutritionist would recommend in a smoothie. The price is high but very similar to competitors and isn?t bad if youare on the go and can?t make one at home. Plus the rewards app that is recommended saves you a little here and there. If you gohere regularly, get the app, order ahead then grab and go. By far the best location in town. Read more
Never had an issue with people there, except for the manager on duty that was there on Friday November 12, not only he was a... pain to the customers but even to the people working with him, I did feel bad for those kids in the way he was talking down tothem in front of customers in fact if i was the owner i would have kicked him out the same day and did the job myself. I am very disappointed in this smoothie king. They never speak to you when you come in and they are always playing around. Ive... tried so hard to give them chances but they contunue to fail me evwry time. My experience was not pleasant yesterday evening soI will not be going to that location anymore which sucks because I am only 2 seconds away from it. However, I refuse to spend mymoney at a place that people aren't nice, they play around with your smoothie and don't wear masks. Read more
Got to the place at 8:50 pm and there were two young ladies working at the place, one taking care of a customer at the register... and the other was washing one of the blender vase, at 8:55 pm, the one washing the blender vase told me sorry we are ?closed? itis 855 pm and we can. Not serve more smoothies, really, i always being there by the same time and I order with not problem?..to whoever it is the owner, please be aware of your employees pushing away customers.. not very happy with the experience?.it isa shame?.then why customers are not anymore loyal to businesses?rjr Read more
It was the worst I have ever had and I go every Friday night. It was because there were 3 new high school kids which is fine... but no manager. I had to throw my smoothies away when I got home they were TERRIBLE. They would not listen, ones masks wasdown in her chin and she kept rubbing her hands thru her hair and on her face. I live about 2 minutes from this particular Smoothie King and have been here many times. I have had wonderful service, I have... had terrible service, but mostly in-between. I visited there today and this is what inspired me to write this review. Myhusband and I went around 11 am (on a Saturday) and there were 2 parties waiting for their order in front of us and threeparties in back of us. They only had two employees working! Note to management- on the weekends, employ 3-4 workers in yourshop. Is it really going to break the back at $10/ hour?? Both my husband and I had excellent smoothies today, but last weekmy smoothie was made too thick . Even after 15 minutes, I could not use the straw without fatiguing my lip and cheek muscles soI dumped it out. I made a mental note to try it in the store and if it is too thick, to politely ask them to make it again. These smoothies are not cheap and it annoyed me that I poured $7 down the drain. Advice to improve rating- have recipes forevery smoothie so despite who is making it, it would always taste the same. And to employ at least 3 people at all times onthe weekend. Read more
11/24 @ 2:30 I did get a Keto Chocolate smoothie after arguing with the female staff that they do have it. I had to show her on... my app. I just got one a few weeks ago at the same smoothie king! The female working never asked what size just assumed a small.The female taking my order goes and gets another female in the back to make my smoothie. My cup had smoothie running down theside and on the bottom when it was given to me. The staff definitely needs to know what you sell. Please clean up the cups sothey are not messy and even be more friendly. Neither female working was friendly. They were not rude just not very pleasant. Iwould have gave a 1 star but I have visited here before and my service was great. If I get service like today again I willchange it from the 3 stars I gave today and add to my review the reason. Today I was served by Cheri and a gentleman who I believe is new (I did not catch his name)- but they were so friendly and... welcoming to everyone who came in, and made the store such a fun atmosphere. My smoothie was great of course but their kindnessis what made my day. I?ll be back! Read more
