We came in before noon and the food was nice and fresh. Workers were friendly and overall, food was tasty. Didn?t care much for... the sauces they had tho. Fair prices, and will come back to try again! Read more
We normally stop at Smithfield?s in Laurinburg NC on the way home from the beach. Today we visited the location in Charlotte... since we were in that area. Food was great and we loved talking to Deborah! What a precious lady you have working for you! Shecleaned our table and kept our tea filled! She was so friendly and her smile made our day! Update a couple months later 10/5/22: Customer service still stinks to high heaven. Today, there is a African-American guy with... a hat with a really bad attitude. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. At the end of the transaction and getting our food, my friendsaid ?have a good evening? and the guy looks at us with a look of evil. Seriously. Terrible customer service. You really need tolook into this. It ain?t getting better from my visit in August. Unacceptable. Update 2 years later 8/1/22: The customerservice has gone down. It stinks. The people at drive thru on multiple occasions are not friendly. Good food, fresh food, goodsouthern sweet tea. I wish I got traditional BBQ sauce though. Read more
