Bad management, the lady in the front was very caring and nice but the manager told her instead of taking our order to organize... water bottles and cups. Walked in around normal lunch hours and stood at the counter for 5 minutes and neither of the employees that could clearly see... us standing there bothered to acknowledge us or even tell us that someone would be out shortly. I've come to this location several as its close by to my mothers job and it the service/ quality has gone down hill. 3 people... ahead of her and got at least 1 thing wrong on everyone's order. Including our own. Several menu items were not available butthey didn't tell you until after you ordered. Finally got our food and it was decent but for the cost and hassle its not worthit. Read more
