Great burger, TERRIBLE fries, mediocre service. Poor quality for the money. The young man at the register didn?t greet me at... all; he just stared at me until I asked if he was ready to take my order. I asked for a hamburger with mushrooms, swiss, andmustard. He asked if I wanted swiss in addition to the American cheese. Since I ordered a HAMburger there shouldn?t have beencheese to leave off. I got the Smashfries which are always fantastic at the Cotswold location. They came out cold, hard, andcompletely inedible. They said they would bring fresh. I got slightly warmer hard, inedible fries. Total waste of money. Theburger was great (once I added to the smallest amount of mustard I?ve ever seen on a burger). No one here seems to want to dotheir job except the young lady sitting at a computer terminal outside. Please move her inside to talk to the guests and let oneof the guys who hates their job work out there where they?re not interacting with customers. The service wasn?t bad, justcompletely lackluster and I have no doubt they don?t care if their guests enjoy their meal. Smashburger? Flat burger. This was not worth it. $56 for three burgers, fries, and a drink. 25 minutes to get our food and it... was coming out one sandwich at a time with the wrong sides. And they were going from table to table. (Other tables were gettingtheir food one sandwich at a time too.) The fries tasted old and chewy; not crispy and hot. The rosemary, oil fries and tots(Smash style) was so overpowered with oil that they weren?t any good either. Overall, just a dud of a dinner. If you're like me and you love a great burger come to the Smash Burger on Rea Rd. The restaurant is exceptionally clean (front... and back house), and that shows attention to detail. That detail also comes out in the flavor of the burgers. The temperature ofthe burger was right and the seasoning was on point. Yum! We had a great experience. It has been a long time since being here, but we were the first ones in the door and we were greeted... kindly, the manager clearly reviewed the order with us, and served quickly. The food was awesome! Just one personal preferenceis I thought the fries had a lot of oil on them, but overall a great experience and we will be back sooner. Awesome awesome burger!!! I had a regular double smash burger. Cooked great and wasn?t salty at all!! The toppings was fresh and... I got the famous smash sauce on the side. Only took one star away because the fries are thin and was cooked to long. Alsolocation only take card no cash or anything else. Imagine going inside smelling the delicious food thinking you are about to geta great burger and you only have cash on you lol. Other than that great burgers would definitely go back again.
