The food was excellent but I can't say the same about the service, we selected a white peach sake that was exquisite, all our... dishes (pork bun and two different types of ramen) were full of flavor with more than enough portions (you probably will need ato go bowl) and the meat, noodles and vegetables were very tender but the host had a face that he has no choice but to workthere, there was no welcome, a smile or gratitude gesture of any kind, no manners or good attitude; they need to hire morewaiters or a buzzer or do something because the only waiter is running trying to do everything and ends up neglecting certaintables. I can definitely come back for the food but they need to train their staff more or hire new ones with a betterattitude. Gyoza tasted plain nothing special and almost on the frozen not fresh side of taste. Ramen was oily and cold but tasted okay. 1/21/2022 decided to stop here for lunch for some hot ramen soup! It was freezing cold out. I ordered the classic but changed... the broth to chicken broth. They were having a special where you got a free appetizer so I ordered the edamame. Everything wasdelicious as I had hoped. My bill was $14.61 + tip. The bowl was huge and plenty of ramen in the bowl along with sprouts,tofu, and scallions. This hit the spot and I would recommend stopping by here! First time dining here and I really enjoyed the food. The staff were friendly and the food was cooked quickly and well. I got... the impossible bao bun, the creamy broccolini, and the mapu tofu bowl. The sun Tory toki old fashion was my drink of choice. Ireally loved the crispiness of the broccolini. Those were amazing. Everything else was seasoned well and I enjoyed the food.
