I?m very upset with Showmars right now. One my entrees was left off my order when I picked up on 6/25/22 at 8:37 and spoke with... Ashleigh at University Showmars I was told to just give them her name and this order will be replaced. Today I?m being told thatAshleigh didn?t out the information in the book so my order can?t be replaced after I?ve already paid for and insisted for themto refund the portion of the order that was missing . I was told it couldn?t be refunded. And to just call back and have theorder replaced and now I?m being accused of trying to get free food instead of being giving the food that was promised that Ioriginally paid for and never received. And I really fell like this happened because I?m a black male. And I was told you guysdo this a lot and I can?t help so this is the end of my phone call. Very rude and disrespectful. I am giving one star ?? because of the blonde hair in the rice(picture attached). It is very long hair. Just to clarify I am a... man having black hair. This restaurant was just a walk away from my hotel where I was staying. I went there and ordered somevegetarian sides to take them to the office since the office doesn?t have the cafeteria opened due to pandemic. The lady who myorder totally messed up. I ordered 2 pilaf rice and pita bread ???? and hummus. She ordered the large fries and only the pitabread. What would you do with the pita bread without the hummus or any side? After seeing the amount charged I was suspiciousand asked the manager who was very helpful. I appreciate his support. It was my bad luck I didn?t have the order copy as well.He figured the ordered and tried to help me. When I told him the issue he tried to help him to get the hummus but charged almost3$ for a complimentary cup of hummus. The story never ends here. I took the order and returned to the total. After opening thebox I saw the fries ???? instead of rice and I went back and told the manager. He was very accommodating and ready to offer methe free but I insisted to pay and paid the bill. I took the rice and return the hotel. The quantity of the food is very lessand the pilaf rice was dry and tasteless. It was rubbery and hard to eat. The size of hummus is so less. If you pay this muchmoney you get amount of it. This is ridiculous. The size of pita bread is very small. It never looked like a pita bread. Read more
Fast and friendly service. Clean restaurant. Delicious food. Can?t really go wrong with anything on the menu. Even have a beyond... burger for those who don?t eat meat. I tried the fish sandwich and tots special and it was delish. Read more
