Came here for their 40th year anniversary special of the 40 cent fish sandwich. Haven't eaten at showmars in over 15 years. Was... pleasantly surprised at how good their fish sandwich is. There were 4 to 5 pieces of lightly breaded flounder in this sandwich.Coated with the right amount of tartar sauce. The bread to fish ratio was great, I never felt like there wasn't enough fish likesome of the other fish sandwiches I've eaten. Will try their spicy fish sandwich next time. Read more

Simple menu, with a good twist on your Pita. You can get a decent meal for under $10 here and there is plenty of seating if you... are trying to beat the elements. You can order, sit and stay, or order to go at the window inside (Rebecca is a fantasticHostessl) or their app (discounts anyone?). Got the Original Pita Burger and a side of fries. The gyros I ordered were ready quickly and tasted delicious. Pricing is ok but not exceptional. Same goes for the service most... days, although we didn't dine in on this occasion. Be careful when leaving the parking lot via the Arrowood Rd exit: it's justafter a blind hill, so turning onto Arrowood during high traffic times can be difficult or even dangerous. Read more
We ordered flounder and shrimp dinners and thoroughly enjoyed it. My daughter thought the mac and cheese was really cheesy pasta... so, she wasn't a fan. The restaurant was clean and the employees provided excellent customer service. Read more
I love this place. Good food fast! Everything i try at showmars is a hit! They have the best sweet tea anywhere I have tried and... the staff for the most part is friendly. There are some women at this location that are down right unfriendly but I don't letthat take away from the food. My favorites are the veggie gyro and fish sandwich and any of their salads and I love theirFrench fries. They only thing i have tried and couldn't eat was the chicken salad on pita. It tasted like it was full of mayoand nothing else. But I did eat the yummy fries. I like that you can choose between white and wheat pita and fries or fruit orsalad with your combo. Website is NOT user friendly. Only recorded a portion of my order. So I paid for combos but 2 of the 4 did not include sides.... The California chicken sandwich had a great flavor. The fresh avocado was a nice touch. The other food was ok. The best I couldsay is it wasn?t bad. However for the price I expected better. Read more
