Don't order online. I called about canceling an online order and the girl who answered told me an order was never placed. After... I got an update saying I was charged and my food was delivered to the middle of nowhere I called back and another girl told me Iwas scammed and there was nothing I could do about it. After I asked to speak with a manger to clear up the situation 10 secondspassed and the same person answered the phone. After I played along she siad I would be issued a refund it would just take a fewdays, I offered them my order number and information and she said she didnt need it. It has been about 4 weeks and still norefund was ever issued, the staff just lied and impersonated a manager and probably stole my order. Read more
Wow. Just pure awful service. They didn't even get my single meal to-go order right. I was missing half of it. When I walked in... I was not greeted and was stared at. No greeting or asking what I need. I told the cashier my name for my order. No response.The Shomars employee couldn't even prepare the condiments for my to-go order without stopping and texting on his phone. Amajority of employees were talking or on their phones. My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch a little after 2pm. I want to commend Nevaeh for her sweet and kind customer... service. We ate inside and I watched her kindly serve every customer that came through the door. Her kindness also spread to thekitchen staff as well. Whenever she would ask for something it was followed with please and thank you. In this climate of poorcustomer service, I think it's very important to shine a light on the ones who care. I've been coming to this Showmars location since they opened the doors years ago. I was actually cursed at by an employee this... evening, his name is Milo. I had suggested that he not play in his hair while handling customers food orders. He then proceededto justify his actions,,,,"he has hand sanitizer". It got ugly,,,, he was very disrespectful. No Manager,,, No Supervisor,,,,he got on his phone and went in the back. I hope that these young adults learn better customer service at some point,,,, I'msure a Manager or Supervisor could help them out with that. Shame on Showmars for allowing the under-trained to run therestaurant without a Manager or Supervisor on duty. Read more
