The waiter who took our order was super attentive and polite, answered everything we asked and provided a great service from... beginning to end. The food was great. My wife most of the times has a hard time finding food that is not spicy, and this placedid not disappoint, her ribs were plain and she really enjoyed her non-spicy food. Online order states pickup time. Arrived at the expected time but it was not ready despite a 75% empty restaurant. During the... extra 20 minutes I waited, I watched a staffer handle money, roll up dirty rugs on the floor and handle peoples food- allwithout washing his hands or wearing gloves. Got back to the hotel to find the sauces listed on the receipt that were orderedand paid for to be missing. Ribs and pulled pork were decent. Chicken had to have be several hours old. Hello I do not usually do reviews but I had to on this restaurant. My Food came out very cold and server got upset when I asked... him to please warm up my food. When I recieved the food the second time it looked like that it my request was not evenacknowledged. My Mac Cheese was not hot at all it looks like it just put into the bowl. My Half Chicken did not even look likeit cooked all the way. Last but not least was the peach cobbler no peach cobbler is a-post to taste like it came out of therefrigerator. Ate dinner here after shopping at the Outlet Mall. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. The pulled pork was delicious... and I did not leave feeling hungry. This restaurant is comparable to a Dickeys BBQ or Full Moon. They do have highchairs and adecent selection for the kids menu as well. Read more

Usually I do not have a problem with this place but wings were so dry and burnt. I am mad at myself for not checking at the... resturant so didn't realize it until I got home. So my husband went without dinner because he could not eat 1 wing, wasted ourmoney. It also took a lot longer than I was told so my kids were not too happy about the wait.
