Have never been to a Shake Shack before, but will definitely in the future whenever I come across one. Burger was delicious,... great crispy edge like a grilled smash burger. Add cherry peppers to your burger - bit of heat and acidity takes it over thetop. Crisp, hot curly fries were great - Shack Sauce not so flavorful to me. Very disappointed for the cost. I ordered the shack burger, cheese fries & lemonade. Burger was good BUT for the wait time I... should have had a hot burger. The crinkle cut fries were only made good with room temp cheese sauce other than that the frieswere under floppy, not even room temp, tastes like they soaked in old grease. The food is simply excellent. As a foreigner, Shake Shack lives up to its prestigious standard. Original Shack Burger: 5/5.... juicy beef, average sized. not many toppings come with it, just lettuce and tomato Chicken Shack: 5/5. I've had chickensandwiches from EVERYWHERE. This is simply the BEST chicken sandwich I've ever had. The chicken is a huge piece, perfectlytender, with the most exceptionally flavored crispy exterior. Curly fries: 4/5: Above average. Nothing too special. So why am Irating it 3 stars? The service is very poor. We ordered at a time where it wasn't that busy, but we still had to wait 20 minutesfor our food. Imagine if you try ordering during a busy time - yikes. Also, there was a really obnoxious employee who was loudand boisterous and seemed to disrupt the work of her fellow employees. I have heard great things about the food here. I was not disappointed. It was in the airport and had a limited menu. But the... burger (Smoke Shack) and the 50/50 tea were on point. Can't wait to find a non-airport location and see the full menu. Visitedagain, same high quality burger. The home made lemonade was excellent. Read more
