Wanted to love this place. I?m shocked of the good reviews and that New Yorkers love this place. Costumer service is okay.... Garlic knots tasted amazing even though they were not fresh. I?m not sure if it was a bad day or if there was something wrongwith the pizza dough. The most bland Hawaiian pizza I?ve ever had, it was extremely chewy. I think they forgot the marinarasauce in the pizza too. I prefer Domino?s and Blaze. Read more

We were so excited to try Sals but ended up being so disappointed. We would not recommend Sals to anyone. The two positives... were the staff (nice people) and the blue cheese (although it cost $1). -everything was extremely over priced. It was $75 for 2small pizzas and 12 wings. They charged 2.25 for adding toppings, sauce was $1, and they charge a credit card fee. -The doughon the pizza was airy and burnt -sauce was ok but not great -chicken wings were pretty good but cost $18 for 12? Will never eathere again and certainly wouldn?t recommend anyone else eat here. Read more

Yum! First experience with sal?s pizza factory and will be back to try everything on the menu. Ordered the bruschetta pizza... and found out they know what the heck they are doing it is delicious! Crisped up so not soggy all the flavors come through.
