Salata is my new go to spot that I know will help keep me consistent with my weight loss journey. It?s absolutely delicious.... Great quality veggies, protein, dressings, etc. Very refreshing! The customer service is also great and that?s very importantto me when supporting any business. I did have a small mishap but it was handled in a quick and professional manner. I wasnervous about starting a hybrid role because I?ve been on my health journey for 5 months consistently and have worked from home.I?ve had a lot of time at home in my kitchen cooking healthy meals which is how I?m down 30+ pounds and counting! So, what Ilove is that I know if I don?t prepare lunch at home for the days that I?m in the office, I have Salata to count on to keep meconsistent with my health goals. This is definitely one of the better salads I?ve had. Got it exactly the way I wanted it. It was super fresh. I ordered through... Google and it was super easy didn?t even have to download their app. Walked in and my order was ready before it was supposed tobe. Friendly staff, super close to my office. I had my first experience with Salata today. Overall the ambiance is great and the place is very clean. I piled on the veggies... in a regular sized salad. The ingredients are fresh and a small size will easily fill someone up. I added the turkey and it waspretty tasty. I tried the ginger lime dressing and it was a bit bland. I wouldn't recommend it. I have a small observationregarding customer service. When I walked in the restaurant, I was not greeted by the woman adding the lettuce to my order norby the man adding protein to my salad. They both looked at me and the woman finally asked if I was going to have a salad or awrap. People will forget what you say, but will remember how you make them feel. I would recommend that they train theiremployees to ensure that everyone provides great customer service. Many companies will return to their Uptown offices at thestart of the year, including mine, and I would like to see this restaurant succeed. Overall, I'd recommend this place for agreat salad. I wish I lived in Charlotte so that I could eat here more often! The food is fresh and vibrant, plenty of topping options. I was... pleasantly surprised at the amount of dressing options as well.
