A group of 7 of us decided to attempt to grab some food here after a long day. We were greeted by a less than thrilled hostess... with a couple of annoyed waiters behind her. One even groaned when he saw the size of our group. We were led to a high top tablein the back that was filthy. It was still covered in food from the last patron.We took our 4 menus (remember there were 7 ofus) and took it upon ourselves to move to the table right next to us. Our waiter just happened to be the grumpy kid who groaned.He came over a rudely asked why we moved tables because that wasn?t his section and when we said it was because the table wasdirty. We were met with a rude ?I?m cleaning it now?. The attitude we were met with was absolutely insane. When we were made tomove back to the dirty table, we gladly kept on walking. We will never be back. Food was cold and tasteless. We had to send an item back that was bad. You would think it had never happened before. The... manager on duty Friday Sept 2nd was patronizing and condescending. Before he came to our table to be rude and act with childlike behavior he was talking to his employees about our table 10 feet away and not in a positive way. If it wasn?t for mymother who is elderly and needed to eat we would have walked out. Never have I had a manager of any establishment talk to methat way and my elderly mother who he shut down real fast with his nastiness. Not sure who the ?real? manager actually is but Iwould not employ anyone with his nasty attitude. Won?t be back. Take a picnic much more enjoyable !! And with a 91.5 healthrating he really doesn?t have any reason to be so cocky. His attitude has rubbed off on a few of his employees but Maddie ourserver was great!! Read more
My experience was sadly not that great. The wait times are quite long and you can see food laying all over the tables, which... weren?t cleaned. I took the burger which was quite expensive and really not worth it. It wasn?t good and tasted like a 2,00$burger at a fastfood place. The view is good and the service is okay. I don?t know how this place only has 3.8 star rating! We all enjoyed the food and environment during our Saturday visit. The... portion of the food is very generous, which is great for all the outdoor activities we did prior to that. I ordered searedsalmon, and it was cooked well. We also ordered chicken wings and a Ahi tuna starter. I like that the wings are dry-rubbed andseasoned very well. The tuna is a must try! Even though there are only 4 of them still worth it! Had a wonderful experience here the other day. Great food and service. Price was really reasonable. Craft beer selection was... great too. I got the nachos and my wife got the birrira tacos. Both were exceptional. Read more
Amazing food and service. Great portions and great prices. I loved the atmosphere even though it is the off season. The facility... and the restaurant are both incredible in their own way. The drinks we wanted were sold out so we got something else. Then they brought the wrong drinks. The food we ordered wasn?t... available so we ordered something else. It wasn?t bad. What a lovely place to spend your time. For just a small fee you can do all challenges all day. Great to see people in a rubber... boat challanging the river. Olivia was our server. She really is a wonderful person. She took the time to talk with us. We hadsuch a great conversation. As for her we would give 5 stars !!! Read more
