I made a reservation through Open Table for Friday night before the Charlotte Symphony. When I showed up about 10 minutes... early, I was told that they didn't have food and hadn't in several months. When I asked why they accepted a reservation andnever bothered to contact me earlier it was blamed on 'corporate'. Google won't accept a review without at least 1 star, sothere's their bonus points. We ordered a Salmon BLT and an Avocado Wrap. Unfortunately, when we opened the packaging, we got neither of the two. No salmon.... No avocado. Just 2 random wraps. They were decent, but the lack in getting what we ordered was disappointing. Read more

The food is fine nothing too special. But to me what's far worse is the layout. At lunch time it's a nightmare to get your food.... The flow of people makes zero sense and could be optimized to make the experience more manageable. Read more

All other locations are phenomenal, lunch staff here seems incompetent. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich with bacon and after... waiting on my order for 20 minutes (when they weren?t that busy), I asked about it because someone who ordered long after me wasserved prior. Waited another 10 minutes before asking again and it was clear they forgot and the guy I talked to never checkedthe first time. (Tried to tell me they were making the chicken salad when I can clearly see the large bowl of it in the displaycase.) Finally got my sandwich and headed back to the office to discover they completely missed the bacon. You?d think afterover 30 minutes of waiting they?d at least get the order right. DO NOT EAT HERE. not only do they charge twice the amount as any place around here, but the 1) quality of food is WORSE, 2)... they never get orders right and then get upset when you ask them to remake it 3) the staff is unbelievably rude. Take your moneyto Rhino Market, trust me! Read more

Great lunch spot. Can get busy but they have a good online app so you can avoid line if you plan ahead - we didn?t so we had to... wait & order but the wait wasn?t too bad actually. Our sandwiches were good. It?s close to the museum which is way we were inthe area. Read more
