My wife and I visit Reid?s Fine Foods almost daily. The entire team is hard working and very professional. It is sort of like a... ?Cheers? type specialty grocery store where everyone knows your name! Of course, we know everyone by name and appreciate them somuch. Where would Reid?s be without Jorge and Martha in the deli area! Martha always greets us by name with her beautiful smileand Jorge always calls out to us with a big ?hello? and another smile. When we are shopping for that special bottle of wine,Leyla is quick to offer her expert advice! She is a ROCK Star! One day I was in and could not find the right heirloom tomato andHarrison went in the back to get more! That is service! Reid?s is so very blessed to have such an incredible team! Even withgreat products is takes team work and the culture shows! Make sure you stop in if you have not already discovered thisneighborhood treasure. Carpe Diem! Matthew Paul Brown Read more

Great burger, they ground up steaks for this burger, and it's almost half off on Tuesdays. At lunch it comes in a box, at... dinner you get table service. It's an upscale grocery store and offers tailor made sandwiches, salads at lunch. Severallocations to choose from. Can be pricey. Read more

We ordered several items the chocolate Cake was $70 for a whole cake it was terrible. Very dry the icing was way too sweet. We... had 7 people try it everyone had one two bites. For the price point extremely disappointing. Never again. Using cheapproducts. The charcuterie board also very expensive totally disappointed you can get at any grocery store at the third of theprice better cheese board. The quality for the price point on these items was not with it at all. Don?t do it?. I recently haddinner and it was excellent however the take out on the cake and charcuterie board at $160.00 and a few other items was beyonddisappointment. Read more

I paid $17 for a burger meal and had to wait to get my food and drive all the way home and they didn?t give me my sides. My... burger didn?t have anything on it either. So I had to come all the way back to the store and whoever was behind the counter justtossed me my side and laughed it off. Wasted my time and now the food I got is definitely cold. Go to the other location if youchoose to eat here. Read more

The store itself is fabulous! The staff is all very accommodating, friendly, and eager to help! I felt like home... here. Unfortunately, when I went for an interview, and I spoke with the General Manager, they had alternative prioritiesalongside asking if I knew how to read due to my disability status , even though my resume stated that I graduated with aHistory Degree at UNCC. Then , when trying to reach out for an offer via telephone, they would always have an excuse as to whythey could not hire anyone at the time. Read more

Be prepared for a food coma if you come for brunch! We arrived at 11am, and they were a bit behind seating patrons. We had a... reservation for 11 but due to the staff being overwhelmed, we had to do a couple loops through the grocery to kill time beforethey were ready for us(a bit annoying, but it's a somewhat interesting place). After killing about 10 min, we were finallyseated, and from that point on had great, friendly service! I ordered the Biscuit Bomb, and my wife had the Chicken n Waffles. The biscuit bomb might be one of my favorite concepts for a Brunch Biscuit ever. A gargantuan biscuit, covered in gravy, stuffedwith spinach, eggs, bacon and tomato, and then covered with a massive slice of cheddar cheese. It's about as heavy a meal as youcan find, and was quite tasty, although there was an overpowering rosemary flavor in the gravy which I had to scrape away toreally enjoy everything else. The chicken and waffles were also taste bud tantalizing, especially when dabbing a lil syrup. Thechicken was juicy, with just the right amount of spiced breading, and the waffles were crisp and airy, without being toobland. All in all a rib sticking solid brunch for a reasonable price. Don't come here of you don't want to go home and napafterwards ???? Read more
