We ate here for the first time several nights ago with a group of 14 friends. We were seated the heated side porch. Stayed warm... and loved the privacy. Service was spot on and the meals were all delicious! Everyone enjoyed the evening and I just got donebooking another night out with friends. A new favorite restaurant in Charlotte! Read more

Awful service tonight at Red Rocks. My meal was good but my friends meal had mashed potatoes that tasted like instant potatoes.... Our waiter was short and abrupt with us and disappeared halfway through the meal and we got another waiter but the damage wasdone. Our purses were ruined due to seating in the outdoor area which we didn’t want to seat even want to sit at. The areawas hot we did get a fan turned on. That was nice. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. When we left we tried tovoice our concerns and no one made eye contact with us or asked us if they could a manager to speak with. If this is way eatingat Red Rocks is going to be then I’m out. So sad that a restaurant that I enjoyed has turned into ignoring its customers. ???? Read more

This place was very good. Our waitress was new, but she was very friendly and attentive to everything. Waters were kept filled... and she made sure everyone had what they needed throughout the meal. Many different dishes were tried including the Cajun pastaand Chicken Marsala. Everyone enjoyed their dish and finished everything. We also tried the coconut cake, chocolate cake, brownie abd Cait cake. Desserts were also finished completely. The only down side was the wait. We had a reservation and stillwaited over 30 minutes. That said, it was Mother's Day dinner. Still, a reservation waiting an extra 30 minutes was rough. Read more

We enjoyed our brunch here. The waffles were the best I have eaten and the service was great. The chicken was just chicken... fingers. I wish they had the same dish with better quality chicken. They have indoor and outdoor seating which was nice. Read more
