This was the first time that I recall actually going inside and eating at Red Robin. A friend of mine wanted to eat there today,... so we drove over in the late afternoon. There were staffing issues noticeable as soon as you walked in. People were scatteredaround the lobby, waiting for their names to be called. And this was in the latter part of the afternoon. We were told that itwould be at least 15 minutes for a table. Couldn't even sit at the bar, because there wasn't even a bartender present. Afterfinally being seated, I was able to order a beer. I think that our waiter was actually the bartender. After going over the housespecials and new additions to the menu with us, we ordered. The waitstaff used phones, instead of handwritten checks. The beersand waters were brought almost immediately. The vibe and ambiance was very relaxed and enjoyable. TV'S abounded, but the volumewas not overwhelmingly loud. The seating was very comfortable and everything seemed to be handicap accessible. The bathroom wasvery clean, well lit and spacious. The sinks were brushed stainless steel, a decidedly different effect and touch. After 4 or 5tables that came in after us, were seated and served. Our waiter finally came over and informed us that our order had somehowbeen deleted. But...they would now place a rush on it. I've worked in the service industry. And I understand that sh*thappens. The burgers and "endless" steak fries were all served piping hot. The food was very good and the fries weredelicious. I was pretty well pleased. But, having to wait to be seated and then waiting for over and hour for your food to beserved and spending over 50$ for 2 beers, 2 burgers and fries, just doesn't add up for me. The waiter was very helpful and nice. He did a wonderful job by asking if I am okay, do I need anything else.

The smokehouse brisket burger was flavorful and HUGE! The fried pickles gave it a nice kick I never would have chosen this... burger because of the pickles, but the flavors blended perfectly. The service was excellent. The servers were friendly andattentive. We had a large party and nothing was missed. Read more

Really enjoyed the new Scorpion Gourmet burger it was spicier than the Burnin Love and all the sauces come together really well... to compliment the toppings and patty. Should be served with extra napkins and wet naps as it can get a bit messy but stillreally enjoyed it! And I love their rewards program where I got to enjoy this delicious burger for free during my birthdaymonth! Read more

Server was fast and friendly. Food came quickly. They were multiple different vegetarian options as well as options to make... things healthier- for example a lettuce wrap instead of a bun and broccoli as a side. My group enjoyed everything we had. Read more
