Only had to wait 15 minutes which was good for a Saturday night. I got the teriyaki chicken sandwich which I highly recommend. I... felt kind of bad for the bar tender she had three tables to do and she forgot some of the things I asked for. Overall not a badexperience for a first time. Read more

Red Robin burgers are always tasty. I had Red's double tavern burger and wife had the guacamole burger. Both were delicious... and delivered to our table in record time. The only issues were a 15 minute wait to be seated despite the restaurant being onlyone third full at 1:30 p.m. Once seated, service was great. It was a little chilly at our table, even though it was a balmy 70degrees outside. I really think all the restaurants should start paying all their tipped workers a real living wage. Thenperhaps they would have enough staff to seat us and serve us when the restaurant is less than half filled. Read more

I had not been to a Red Robin in quite some time. They have a vegeburger that was outstanding. Probably the best one I have had... so far and have tried several. They use the impossible meat which is pretty close to the real deal. I lso had no idea that thesides were bottomless. Can't wait to go again. Read more

For a place that wasn't busy. It sure was messy. Ate my dinner surrounded by dirty tables and floors i understand that nobody... want to work, but I'm sure you can get someone to bus tables. Read more

Red Robin was a great experience when it first arrived many years ago. Covid has affected many restaurants but as more people... are going out, this visit was just ok. The decor has not changed since it first opened. It felt very dated and stale. Theunlimited steak fries were always a hit and the burgers used to be good. Not so this visit. With Now Hiring banners all over, Ithought we might have a bit of a wait, but an hour for burgers is just too long when the restaurant is almost empty. Burger wasundercooked, but cooked enough not to send back. First batch of fries were cold, the second fresh and hot. The best part of ourmeal was the bacon fondue. Very flavorful and great for dipping the fries. I returned to the restaurant because they addedDonatos Pizza to their menu. The pizza I took home was as good as I remember. I may come back for Pizza and a basket of frieswith the fondue,, but some effort will be needed to return for a burger. Desserts looked interesting but I did not order, maytry next visit. Sadly another Red Robin location in Charlotte fired an employee who was putting edibles in the to go orders.Unbelievable and sad. That did not happen here, staff was very courteous and trying their best, but more help is needed here. Read more

I am from Seattle where Red Robin started. I have been going to Red Robin since 1992, before they were even on the East Coast.... So I am a real fan. The fries tasted the same as always (which is great!), but didn't like that my California Chicken Burgerdidn't have an avocado or cheddar cheese like it had back in the day. The server could have been more attentive. The restaurantwasn't that busy. Read more

The wings were so tiny and my burger was burnt. I did however enjoy the garlic frys with their seasoning on top.

Yummy food, excellent service! My burger was packed with so many yummy flavors. The steak fries are simply the best, and though... they are "bottomless", after my first serving, I had to switch to a bottomless salad which was really good too at no additionalcost. Prices are great. My server was wonderful Read more
